His broad range of single- and multi-family residential experience has proven extremely valuable in providing clients with the information needed to make informed, prudent decisions. Whether collaborating on a 100-lot subdivision or a community with 1,000 units, Jon is skilled at efficiently maximizing land use for the intended development and identifying solutions to unusual site-specific challenges, all while maintaining the client's vision.

With 20 years in the industry, Corey brings deep experience in landscape architecture and land development across public and private sectors. His work spans streetscape revitalization, community parks, outdoor amenities, mixed‑use developments, office parks, and brownfield renewal. Corey blends master planning, grading, planting design, irrigation, and construction detailing to deliver spaces that are both functional and visually compelling. Drawing on work in residential, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, industrial, retail, and energy markets, he partners with clients to craft innovative, sustainable, placemaking solutions that enhance aesthetics and usability.
