Located on a compact site, Brook Lane features 72 units in three garden-style apartment buildings. We delivered survey, civil engineering, and survey staking services, enabling accurate site layouts, efficient grading, and precise placement of infrastructure to support a smooth construction process.
Eden Park spans 11 buildings with 264 garden-style units. Our team provided survey, civil, and roadway design services to establish a well-connected community layout with safe vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Civil design supported optimal utility routing, drainage solutions, and grading plans tailored to the site’s topography.
The 240-unit community of Fairfield Park is organized into 10 garden-style buildings. CESO completed survey, civil, and roadway services. Our site design approach balanced accessibility and aesthetics, ensuring durable roadways, well-planned parking areas, and infrastructure that meets long-term maintenance needs.
