This infill environment is located just minutes away from downtown Nashville affording residents convenient access to retail, restaurant, and recreation hotspots. Our team partnered with MiKen to provide surveying, civil engineering, entitlement, and permitting services for the newly constructed cottages and the redevelopment of an existing industrial space into neighborhood commercial space.
