Nestled on over 700 acres, Carolina Orchards in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is a Del Webb community designed with the active adult in mind. The strategy for this community aligned with Del Webb’s exceptional standards, which encourage wellness and lifestyle activities among residents.
When planning the theme and visioning concepts for the community, consideration was given by our team of planners and landscape architects to imagine how the development could enrich the overall wellness of its residents. In addition, our team aimed to ensure the setting engaged and inspired residents by recognizing the physical and mental benefits of crafting an atmosphere that promoted outdoor interaction in everyday activities. This collaboration with Del Webb resulted in a thoughtfully balanced space with elements that position Carolina Orchards as a destination community in the Charlotte region.
