In this role, he drives strategy and execution across multidisciplinary groups to deliver high‑impact infrastructure solutions for clients nationwide. His leadership centers on operational excellence, guiding complex project portfolios from early planning through final implementation. Mark’s approach emphasizes accuracy, quality, and a strong understanding of evolving regulatory requirements. He is known for translating client goals into clear, actionable plans that balance technical precision with practical outcomes. Mark fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, helping teams deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable results.
As our Public Works Market Leader, Neil brings a reputation of integrity, dependability, and a team player mentality. Having partnered on projects with varying scopes and design elements, his experience covers many public works projects, from planning-level efforts to detailed site design and construction services. In addition to enjoying the problem-solving approach of site design, Neil enjoys teaming with clients and interacting with the public and municipal planning boards to drive a project to success.
Todd has cultivated expertise in public and private infrastructure projects throughout his 15+ years in the industry. His background includes roadway engineering, site design, drainage and stormwater management, pedestrian enhancements, utility design, roadway widening and alignments, intersection upgrades, and cost estimation. Todd thrives on the problem-solving aspects of engineering design and welcomes each new challenge. Todd has experience collaborating with local jurisdictions, sub-consultants, and utility clients, focusing on innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals.
