Wendover Group
CESO partnered with Wendover Group to support their mission of building high-quality, affordable communities across the Southeast. Through integrated site design services, from land planning and funding applications to complete civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration, we helped bring Wendover’s developments to life.
Our collaborative approach ensured smooth coordination across disciplines, compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and solutions tailored to each community’s long-term success. Beyond site design, CESO supported Wendover in the earliest phases of development. Our team contributed to numerous projects through land planning, preliminary engineering, and DCA or QAP funding application preparation in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Hartland Station brought 131 affordable units to a six-acre infill site in Atlanta. With three residential buildings and shared site amenities, the development required close coordination with city infrastructure and grading systems. CESO’s team provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services to support delivery.
In DeKalb County, Georgia, Granite Crossing was developed as an 88-unit, single-building community through Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs (DCA). CESO provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration services. The project maximized density while integrating into its suburban context.

Brentwood Commons, a 10.6-acre development in Atlanta, featured 112 units across three residential buildings. Designed to promote livability through open space and amenity integration, the project benefited from CESO’s support from concept to closeout, including civil and landscape design services as well as construction administration.
Currently under construction, Asbury Pointe is a 102-unit community with three residential buildings and a clubhouse on a 5.28-acre site. CESO’s engagement began with land planning, survey, and funding application support, and has continued through construction documentation. The project reflects our full-scope site design capabilities for DCA-driven development.

CESO has also supported Wendover on planning and funding efforts for several other sites. These include Anderson Park and Empire Park in Georgia, Orange City in Florida, Holland Park in Greenville, and Canton Crest in Summerville, South Carolina. Across all projects, our role remains focused on advancing quality housing through coordinated site solutions and early-stage development support.
