Panda Express is partnering with CESO to deliver full-service design and development support for new builds, raze-and-rebuilds, and remodels as they expand their footprint into new markets. The goal: streamline site development from due diligence through construction, while adapting to the client’s evolving prototype standards.
CESO’s multidisciplinary team brings together survey, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and architecture services to provide end-to-end capabilities tailored to each location. Our survey team conducts ALTA and topographic surveys that guide civil engineering efforts for stormwater management, grading, utility design, and erosion control Our architects use AutoCAD and Revit to design facilities in-house, while our landscape team delivers visuals and plans that reflect both brand and community context. We also coordinate closely with MEP and structural consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
As Panda Express continues to refine its restaurant prototype, our team’s agile approach and rigorous QA / QC process has helped maintain both momentum and quality among evolving standards.
