Kokosing Solar
The City of Lebanon, Ohio, took a proactive step toward clean energy by installing solar modules to provide residents with a more sustainable power source. To bring this vision to life, they hired Kokosing Solar to design the proposed solar field. In turn, Kokosing Solar selected CESO as their survey partner to perform the necessary topographic surveys for the identified site locations.
Our scope included more than just topographic survey work—we also identified the property boundaries of the proposed parcels to help plan for potential design conflicts and provided an AutoCAD base file to support the design process.
With flood zone elevations a concern, our survey team used a combination of AutoCAD, Trimble GPS, and Trimble Robotics to gather the precise elevation data needed to ensure all equipment and infrastructure would be placed above or outside of flood-prone areas. Backed by deep experience in the energy market and familiarity with large-scale sites, our survey team successfully delivered results ahead of schedule, helping to keep the project on track and aligned with the client’s goals.
