Skybrook
CESO partnered with Fischer Homes on the survey, civil engineering, environmental, traffic, and roadway services for the Skybrook residential community in Marysville, Ohio. Skybrook is a 345-lot subdivision comprised of five sections that span 120 acres. The community includes both single-family detached and single-family attached homes with associated utility infrastructure and public roadway networks.
This project's scope included an ALTA survey to determine property boundaries and platting the site for construction. Stormwater design and a SWPPP were also necessary due to a concern with the site's elevation. Additionally, a sanitary sewer extension and a 3,200-linear foot water main extension were conducted to provide water utilities to the development. The transportation considerations for this community included a traffic study, roadway improvement plan, permitting, and construction documentation and administration. Construction began in June 2023, and all five sections are expected to wrap up in 2026, increasing single-family residential options for Marysville's growing community.
