Focused on growth and long-term investment, Campbell Oil aims to complete up to five new builds annually, each store scaling 5,000 square feet with fuel canopies, car washes, and food service brands like Subway and Dairy Queen.
Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive support, including survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture, to help achieve the client’s goals of optimizing and modernizing their sites. Our Akron-based presence has enabled responsive, on-the-ground service, particularly for survey needs such as ALTA and topography surveys, lot consolidations, and construction staking.
This partnership has included a variety of project types, from ground-up builds to complex raze-and-rebuild efforts where older stations are demolished and replaced with modern facilities. A common project challenge across these sites involves creatively reconfiguring tight or aging parcels and sometimes combining adjacent properties to maximize value and functionality.
