The Development Services team was first engaged in 2019 to enhance the design and layout of food service areas within existing locations and has since evolved into a long‑term partner delivering development, architecture, civil engineering, survey, and landscape architecture services across remodel and ground‑up projects. From the outset, the goal was to align site strategy and execution to keep a high volume of projects on track from concept through construction with consistent delivery.
Our integrated team becomes involved early in the process, supporting sites as soon as real estate decisions are made. By combining development services with architectural, civil, and survey expertise, we help identify constraints, coordinate with local jurisdictions, and establish well-defined paths forward before issues impact schedule or feasibility. Team members with prior experience working for subsidiaries of 7-Eleven bring a practical understanding of store operations, brand standards, and development workflows. This experience allows CESO to anticipate challenges and connect solutions with how stores are built and operated day to day. This approach helped establish a strong foundation for a growing, multi‑market program that continues to expand.
Across the program, we guide each site with our multi-disciplinary services that carry projects throughout their lifecycles. Design and documentation efforts, including renderings, construction documents, and site plans, are developed in collaboration with the development services team to keep schedules in sync and information moving efficiently. Serving as the program hub, CESO brings together stakeholders, delivers consolidated updates, and remains closely involved through construction to manage field activity and address design or standards considerations as they arise. The result is a reliable cadence of store openings, smoother handoffs between phases, accelerated schedules, and fewer surprises across active sites nationwide.
