Preston Park
CESO’s residential team partnered with Meritage Homes on an entry monument, amenity center, pool, and park design for the Preston Park 299-lot single-family subdivision.
Project elements included hardscape, planting, irrigation, and low-voltage lighting design. The client desired landscape design to enhance their entrance and marketing window, which serves as a focal point to pique the interest of prospective buyers.Our team designed Preston Park with a focus on families. Play and access to nature were significant components of the design considerations and were achieved through small pocket parks located throughout the community, as well as a central amenity center and community pool.
Between our team, the client, and the general contractor, multiple teams were involved which necessitated efficient coordination and communication to contain the project budget and meet the client’s timeline. We tapped into our strong attention to detail and communication processes to ensure a smooth project delivery. Overall, the project was a success, and Meritage Homes was pleased with the provided designs, which now serve their goal of connecting families to play and the natural environment.
