DHL has long been considered a leading one-stop-shop that plays a critical role in the logistics industry. Companies and consumers alike rely on the efficient links of DHL’s supply chain for the seamless delivery of goods. Evolving their facilities to meet the shifting needs of the industry is essential to their success.
CESO was pleased to partner with DHL on a converting a vacant 880,000-sf shell situated in Monroe, Ohio into a distribution facility. As part of the project scope, our architectural team created a variety of new spaces. Assistance spanned across an array of services – from due diligence and permitting to conceptual design and construction documentation.
Among the updated environments were hazardous materials rooms, offices, an aerosol cage, a guard shack, and a trucker’s lounge. Despite the implementation of a fast-track schedule, we worked diligently to stay ahead of the client’s schedule by relying heavily on our internal team’s collective strength in communication and project coordination.
