CESO employs an agile approach to help Cotton:On in bringing its effortless and affordable Aussie lifestyle brand to locations throughout the United States.
For this collaboration, CESO provides the architectural services for a multi-unit, national tenant improvement program that stretches across the parent brand, Cotton:On Kids, and Cotton:On Body. Our project scope for a site spans due diligence, site surveying, as-built model development in Revit, construction documentation, permitting assistance, and construction administration.
Developing program management tools and checklists, accompanied by a consistent, fast-paced working cadence, helps our team bring each project to fruition. All while working across the time zones of two continents to ensure that their universal construction techniques and regulations are adaptable to codes within the United States. Our determination to meet and exceed Cotton:On’s goals has positioned us to drive a streamlined project cycle while supporting its vision.
