Cotton:On
CESO serves as the single-source architectural provider for Cotton:On’s U.S. market presence, supporting the parent brand along with Cotton:On Kids and Cotton:On Body. Our team has delivered more than 100 projects across the country, including multiple “mega” stores. These larger-footprint stores remain an important part of Cotton:On’s strategy and guide how the brand shows up in key retail environments.
Our team remains deeply involved in Cotton:On’s rollout program, providing end-to-end architectural services that include as-built modeling, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration. Using Revit workflows and program management tools, we maintain consistency and speed while adapting international design standards to U.S. codes and jurisdictional requirements.
Three “mega” stores are currently in progress: two in Texas, located in Dallas and Houston, and one in Salt Lake City, Utah. Each location will showcase a modernized design concept and are expected to range from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet. These projects are targeted for completion in 2026 and will continue to strengthen the brand’s footprint in high-traffic, high-visibility retail centers.
