Circle K, a leading auto convenience retailer, has had a partnership with our integrated development services team for a few years. The team supports Circle K’s expansion across multiple U.S. regions.
As they grew both its convenience store footprint and its Clean Freak car wash brand, it needed a trusted partner who could manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, navigate complex due diligence and permitting requirements, and keep development timelines on track.
The development services team serves as Circle K’s Third‑Party Management (TPM) partner. With deep industry experience, we continue to provide end‑to‑end project coordination, from early feasibility through construction. This includes leading due diligence, entitlement, and permit management for both new convenience stores and tunnel car wash locations. Operating as an extension of Circle K’s internal staff, our people team functions as “in‑house” development managers and construction managers, ensuring each project progresses smoothly and consistently across multiple regions.
Since first supporting Circle K and its acquisition of Clean Freak, this multi‑region partnership has continued to expand. Today, we manage roughly 50 active projects at any given time across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, and Minnesota. The hands‑on coordination, responsive communication, and on‑the‑ground presence help Circle K bring new stores and car wash assets online efficiently and confidently.
