As the brand grows, our team provides architectural, civil engineering, survey, and interior design services that support new locations, making sure every space feels true to CAVA’s identity and meets the needs of staff and the expectations of guests.

From site evaluation to final layout, we make sure each location feels connected to the brand. This includes being mindful of local design guidelines, visibility needs, and site-specific challenges. Our work spans tenant improvements, new builds, and storefront modifications.
Interior services focus on layout, finishes, and flow - we pay close attention to how kitchens function, how guests move through the space, and how each element works together to create a seamless dining experience. The civil team provides site-specific needs such as grading, drainage, and permitting, while our survey team uses tools like point cloud and laser scanning to ensure accuracy from the start. Beyond the interiors, we modify building shells to align with CAVA’s exterior branding.
