NEW Retail Design Institute President
#TeamCESO is excited to announce Laura Smith as the newest President of the Ohio Chapter of Retail Design Institute (RDI). She has over 25 years of experience in architecture design, construction, and store design. Laura brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the future of retail design. She is excited to serve in this role for the next two years and has a strong vision as President of RDI. Laura shared her vision, and CESO is looking forward to the impact she will have in this role.
Among her goals are to:
- Support and promote the vision of the National and International RDI association
- Foster engagement across a wide range of design and architectural firms within Ohio
- Explore the exciting and innovative ways retail is transitioning as a result of the pandemic
- Seek how the retail design community could better engage and mentor secondary and college-level students
