Fueling Our Growth in the Orlando Region
CESO recently announced the expansion of its surveying services to the Orlando, Florida, region and the addition of Gordon Land, PSM, who will be leading our Orlando surveying operations. We recently caught up with Gordon to learn more about the Orlando survey team as well as what he is looking to accomplish in his new role.
CESO is excited to announce the appointment of Gordon Land, PSM, as our new Senior Survey Manager for the Orlando area. With an extensive track record spanning three decades, Gordon brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to our firm.
He comes to CESO with a distinguished career in land surveying, serving a diverse range of clients across the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. His comprehensive understanding of surveying methodologies, combined with his leadership and project management skills, make him the ideal candidate to lead our surveying practice into new horizons. An aspect that Gordon emphasizes about land surveying is that it is far more than locating and mapping boundaries. Its importance spans the lifecycle of a project as the accurate information surveyors deliver allows project stakeholders to obtain detailed information to make informed, data-driven decisions. Gordon also shared that CESO having both surveying and civil engineering capabilities in-house offers clients a range of advantages, including improved efficiency, cost savings, accuracy, and a streamlined project management process – ultimately leading to a smoother project experience and better results.
As part of the organization’s strategic growth initiatives, Gordon will spearhead our efforts to expand our surveying services in the Orlando region. Under his direction, the Orlando surveying team will provide comprehensive survey services that set the foundation for quality site design. While our new team will initially concentrate on residential projects, Gordon has plans to cultivate relationships that will enable us to diversify our portfolio and venture into other markets, including the commercial and industrial sectors.
