Building 31 expansion involves an addition to the building to house a new Nuclear Medicine suite and associated functions. The project entails piping upgrades, valve replacements and various system enhancements such as a second DA tank at the existing boiler plant. In addition, replacement of existing distribution steam and return condensate piping and ancillary equipment and systems necessary to provide a modern facility. CESO provided technical specifications, contract drawings, design analysis, detailed cost estimates and construction schedules to complete the work.
