Valley View Water District of Germantown, Ohio
As the Consulting Engineer, CESO is providing ongoing professional consulting services to the Valley View Water & Sewer District serving Jackson and German Townships in Montgomery County for the implementation of its sanitary sewer and potable water plan. CESO's duties include assisting the District in the design, bidding and inspection of sewer and water projects, including treatment plants and distribution systems in a cost-effective manner; examination and evaluation of existing sewer collection systems and water distribution systems; assisting the District in calculating rates and drafting sanitary sewer/potable water usage rules, regulations and policies; research and application for sewer and water project financing loans and grants from various sources of funding for such projects; working with the EPA for permitting, discharge, and other rules and regulations, and assisting the District in addressing such regulatory mandates.
