Provide evaluation of existing site conditions - Five (5) Year Maintenance Plan
Based on existing site conditions, provide a maintenance plan for the next five (5) years, including immediate repairs in Year 1 and expected maintenance items for Years 2 through 5 - Opinion of Probable Cost
Prepare an Opinion of Probable Cost (cost estimate) for Years 1 through 5 correlating with the developed maintenance plan - Cost Benefit Reports
Provide projected return on investment for clients based on implementing recommended maintenance items vs. deferring repair costs
