CESO provides a full spectrum of review services for municipalities. The manner in which developments are constructed is rapidly evolving. Many municipalities are playing an ever greater role in shaping their communities to insure responsible, safe and aesthetically pleasing growth. In many cases, this can be accomplished with little or no cost to municipalities by requiring applicants to incur the cost of review fees as part of their zoning certificate application.
