Center Point 70 Boulevard Phase I, II, II, & IV
This project involved the design of the Center Point 70 industrial park in Huber Heights, Ohio. CESO's involvement with the project included roadway and utility design, including a water storage tank. The survey department was responsible for the subdivision and platting of the industrial park. In addition, CESO contracted with several end users to develop their sites within the industrial park.
