CESO Welcomes Benjamin T. Bell, AIA, CSI, NCARB, LeedŽ AP
Please join us in welcoming Benjamin T. Bell as Director of CESO's Architectural Services Division, located in Decatur, Arkansas. Ben brings more than 16 years of professional architectural experience to CESO, Inc., with a strong background in ambulatory surgery and commercial retail design that includes new store and remodel prototype design and sustainable design. Ben will be responsible for directing and overseeing CESO's in-house architectural staff and entitlement (permitting) specialists, and will work directly with CESO engineers and designers to bring client projects from initial concept to completed construction and full systems commissioning in a quick and efficient fashion. We are very pleased that Ben has joined our company and are looking forward to using his expertise to produce quality designs and construction documentation for our clients. We are a service-oriented firm committed to an innovative but consistent approach to design that results in significant value to our clients, and we know that Ben will play a valuable role in accomplishing this. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Department of Architecture, Ben's past experience with Raymond Harris & Associates and most recently as the founding principal of btb Architecture gives Ben the expertise and experience to develop concise, thoughtful, functional, and flexible designs which will creatively address the needs of CESO clients both at initial occupancy and into the future.

Kevin has been with CESO for 10 years. After graduating from the University of Dayton in 2005, he has focused his work in many areas of Civil Engineering, including Site Development and Storm Water Management. - Christina Dudley, P.E., CPESC, LEED-AP has received her CPESC Certification!
As a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC), Christina has the knowledge and qualifications to develop and approve SWPPP Designs for both Public & Private use.
