Wright State Student Housing
This project consists of a student housing complex (PUD) in Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio containing 200 housing units, 657 beds situated on 14 acres. (Zink & Kauffman Roadway improvements, water extensions, sanitary sewer extension with lift station and force main). CESO provided start to finish services that included:
- Rezoning the parcel from A-1 (Agricultural to a PD-R5 (Planned Residential Development) in Bath Township.
- Obtaining a sanitary sewer agreement from the City of Fairborn.
- Designing a sanitary sewer lift station with 1315 feet of force main.
- Designing 2120 feet of public sanitary sewer.
- Designing 2600 feet of public water main.
- Designing the layout of 14 apartment buildings that contained 200 units with 690 beds on a 14 acre parcel.
This parcel has an elevation change of 70 feet from front to back. - Designing 1120 liner feet of segmental block retaining walls that varied from 6' to 17' high.
- Obtaining all utility and governmental approvals and permits.
- Performing the Traffic Impact Study.
- Designing roadway improvements on Zink Road and Kauffman Avenue.
