Waterford Landing
Waterford Landing is a 146+/- acre mixed use PUD in Greene County, Fairborn, OH. This parcel of land, touted by the community as a prime area of development, has underwent several concept designs prior to its final approved layout in December 2009. To help service the needs of the community, this project will include 274 single family residences, 7.5+/- acres of neighborhood retail space, and 222 condominium units. Construction of Section One was started in the spring of 2010 and new home construction by Ryan Homes began in late summer of the same year. It is anticipated that construction of Section Two will commence by the summer of 2011 with lot holds already in place for this section. Design Properties XIII enlisted CESO, Inc. (a partner company) to complete all aspects of the civil design and construction management services including:
- Preliminary Civil Design of the parcel, taking into account environmental conditions as well as the needs and desires of the community.
- Configuring the neighborhood retail to accompany the development.
- Design of a well connected internal roadway network.
- Completion of storm water calculations and basin designs.
- Design of green space areas to compliment the natural surroundings and adjacent Fairborn park facilities.
- Design of walking paths throughout the community that will connect to the neighboring parks.
- Obtaining all Utility & Governmental approvals.
- Bidding out all construction phases of the development.
- Construction Management for all phases of the development.
