Soraya Farms
Soraya Farms is a 172.29+/- acre mixed use PUD in Warren County, OH with 148 Lifestyle Homes (attached & detached condominiums), 231 Single Family homes, and 6.50+/- acres of commercial/retail space. CESO went through extensive approval process with the counties (Warren & Montgomery) and the Township to establish the PUD. The Design Includes a community center with a pool and a large fishing pond constructed in phase I of the development. Other future amenities are planned. CESO, Inc. has been contracted to complete all phases of the civil design, permitting and construction management including:
- Preliminary through final civil design.
- Configuring the neighborhood retail to accompany the development.
- Design a traffic signal at State Route 48 to ODOT standards for future installation.
- Completing storm water calculations and basin designs.
- Design walking paths throughout the community that will connect the recreational amenities.
- Obtaining all Utility & Governmental approvals.
- Bidding out all construction phases of the development.
- Construction Management for all phases of the development.
Phase I consisted of 27 Lifestyle Homes and 6 Single Family, the clubhouse, pool, and main pond (that may be used by residents for catch & release fishing).
Phase II is currently in the design and permitting stage. It is anticipated that construction will begin in the fall of 2010. This phase will include 18 Single Family home sites and 9 Lifestyle Homes. This phase will also include a portion of a walking trail network that will follow the edge of the pond and continue throughout the development.
