Kohl's Corporation looks to CESO for a variety of services from full site design for store expansions to troubleshooting existing developments.
Full site design packages, including boundary and topographic survey, extension and/or re-routing of utilities, storm water design, parking layout and traffic design, were completed for several existing Kohl's stores in Ohio.
These sites include Beavercreek, Centerville, Huber Heights, Lima, Findlay, and Troy. Beyond site design, CESO exercises our expertise in assisting Kohl's in alleviating issues associated with existing stores, like the Mansfield, Tylersville and Middletown, Ohio stores, that are not scheduled for expansion/renovation.
Storm water management, traffic flow and pavement preservation are a few examples of the concerns for which CESO provides pragmatic solutions.
