The History of CESO

In 1987, Civil Engineers of Southwest Ohio was formed by a small group of professionals with a vision of providing effective, efficient services in all phases of civil engineering design, surveying and site development. Through the years, the geographic boundaries and the range of services has expanded to become what is now CESO, Inc.

CESO prides itself on being a comprehensive, “start to finish,” civil engineering and surveying firm with services running the gamut from feasibility to construction inspection.
