AutoCAD Drafter
CESO, Inc. is currently seeking an AutoCad Drafter with experience in Surveying to join our team in the Dayton, Ohio office. This is a regular full-time position and an outstanding opportunity for an individual with experience in "Field to Finish".
The responsibilities for this position include completion of boundary/ALTA surveys, topographic survey, construction stakeout and research in various county records departments, and competency in survey calculations. This individual may be asked to assist with a variety of other responsibilities as needed, both in the office and out in the field.
The successful candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work as part of a team, excellent personnel skills including professionalism, strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, listening & problem solving, and a proactive approach. Knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft Office computer skills and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Job Title: Intern Architect
Description: CESO, Inc. is seeking an Intern Architect with a 5-yr Bachelors or Masters degree, and 3+ years of experience in various stages of project management.
Requirements: Candidates should have knowledge of retail design and a high level of construction sensibility, and must be able to work both independently and under supervision by a Project Architect to: perform as-built surveys; design, detail, and manage building projects; coordinate with engineers and other consultants; prepare exhibits and information for use in design or working presentations; and conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with contract documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, experience with AutoCAD Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop software is a plus. Applicants must live in Northwest Arkansas, or be willing to relocate to that area.
Job Title: Roadway Design Engineer
Description: CESO, Inc. is seeking two (2) ROADWAY DESIGN ENGINEERS, each with a minimum of five (5) years experience - one for its office in Centerville, Ohio and the other for its office in Lansing, Michigan.
Requirements: Experience with Municipal and/or State Transportation Departments, and private infrastructure/site projects is preferred. Design will include urban and rural roadway projects. Experience with Civil 3D is preferred. Knowledge of Microstation and Geopak is a plus.
