CESO'S Architectural Division offers a full range of professional services relating to building design and entitlement and has a variety of experience across several building sectors, including residential, religious, healthcare, light industrial, education and retail design. We specialize in remodel and expansion projects, with a unique ability to provide innovative solutions to difficult scenarios, and we have the expertise and experience to produce quality designs and construction documentation for any client. Our in-house Architectural staff, in collaboration with CESO project teams that include Entitlement (Permitting) Specialists, Civil Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Fire Protection Engineers, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, focus on bringing client projects from initial concept to completed construction and full systems commissioning as smoothly and rapidly as possible. We are a service-oriented firm committed to an innovative but consistent approach to design which results in significant value to our clients - every client, every project, every time.
