Wal-Mart & Sam's Club - Remodels and Expansions - Nationwide
At a previous firm, the Principal of CESO's Architectural Division was involved nationally in the design of numerous Walmart and Sam's Club Remodels and Expansions. The scope of these projects varied, but involvement always began early in the process, with a thorough survey of the construction of the existing building, and development of a checklist of items requiring replacement or remedial construction. Each project then proceeded through various stages of approval until construction documents including Architectural, Structural, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering were completed and issued for permit and bidding. Client representatives were kept informed on a weekly basis at a minimum (more frequently for high-profile projects), and issues were addressed immediately as they arose. This coordination process carried on through construction, final observation and contract close-out.
