CESO is currently the primary Architect for Regal Nails Salon and Spa, which has completed projects throughout the continental United States. These tenant finish projects consist of construction drawings for tenant space inside larger parent stores, primarily Walmart Supercenters. Spaces range from approximately 250 s.f. through 1,800 s.f. Architectural services consist of space planning, construction documentation, governmental approvals, contract administration, and periodic site observation.
