Best Buy
Best Buy leased a vacant tenant in a shopping center originally constructed of concrete tilt-wall panels. A portion of the leased space was converted to a smaller tenant space and returned to the Developer that owns the center, while the remainder of the space was built-out for use by Best Buy. Design was begun in November 2010 and completed in December 2010 on a 3-week fast track schedule, and after several meetings with the Town Building and Planning Departments, as well as public hearings to obtain approval for the building design and a sign variance, construction began in January 2011, with completion in June 2011. Best Buy was able to occupy the building on their target date without a hitch.
